In November of 2016, I created a nonprofit organization business proposal along with three other students as an assignment for our NonprofitPR class.
The assignment was to create an entire nonprofitorganization from scratch and provide the following: an organization name, mission statement, write out the core values, establish missional programs,identify the target audience, find a location, create abusiness model, introduce the start-up staff, write a launch communication plan and provide objectives, identify the key message and slogans, identify the various communication tactics and establish a timeline.
I spent a lot of time on the design of the website and business proposal, but we all equally worked on the content of the proposal.
